I looked at this on my pc and it looked very dark - I couldnt make out much detail in the ground. I am now looking at it on my laptop and it looks fine. Just shows that rules are there to be broken.

The rule of thirds says your composition is wrong but obviously your picture says your composition is right.

You have tackled a ver tricky subject. Is this the original image. I often find that when taking pictures including lots of sky the cameras metering cant cope too well. The ground ends up being underexposed.

If I was taking this shot I might have taken it twice once metering for the sky then another metering for the ground then photoshoped them together.

Have you used a grad filter on this?

Well done - what camera are you using - Im canon 10D and I dont think mine would have coped with this.
