Hi and welcome to the forum. Why not pop over to the who are you section and say hi.

First image is suffering from the reflections, unless you wanted those in which case I think the lower half with the glass works best.
The second has some nice lines and curves. Looks like a good spot to shoot a person.

Are you near Hanging Lake? If so we are staying one night in your town later in the year!

Hi Daniel and WELCOME to the forum. As tenchy mentioned above, the first is suffering from reflections. However, if that's your intent, then the bottom half of the shot would work better on it's own. The water glass and menu reflection in the window is like being stuck inside on a nice day, and wishing.

Also, if you're going to link images, please keep the links within the forum picture size guidelines. We have a great percentage of members who view the forum on mobile browsers and the larger images tend to mess up.

agree with the above really, the bottom half does look better. the top is a little busy. but yes well taken image, and the exposure has been well controlled
