I'm not surprised the K&F comes in quite highly there, I bought one of the screw in 10 stops a while back for taking down to the beach (thinking at that price it doesn't matter if it gets grit blasted) and was pleasantly surprised by it. It certainly punches above its price bracket and also cheap enough to justify for only the occasional long exposure maker or someone just deliberating whether long exposure is for them or not (or like me, likely to get break/lose it!).
