These are "Melaleuca Parviceps". The common name is "Rough Honey-myrtle". It's endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.
It is a shrub with varying shades of pink or purple flowers and the stamens are tipped with yellow anthers. They really are a treat for the eyes when you see them.

Lovely shots Isaac. I've seen these before in someone's garden over here but definately not a native of victoria that I've seen.
W.A. Sure has some great wildflowers.
