Braved the frigid winter air (17F/-8C with a windchill of 9F/-13C) to try for some wildlife photography after not having done any over the last month or so. There was quite a bit of activity at Killens Pond State Park with White-throated Sparrows foraging for food among the grass and snow, White-breasted Nuthatches scurrying up the trees, and a couple of Northern Cardinals taking advantage of a bird feeder filled up by park staff. However, the stars of the morning where the Tufted Titmice that were all over the trees and, like the Cardinals, taking advantage of the bird feeder.

Beautiful set David, Love the Cardinal and that Tufted Titmouse certainly had some patience for you. One side note, on the first I would be tempted to clone out the pine needle running parallel to the horizon as it draws the eye away from the sparrow.
