As I work through the images from a few weeks ago, I keep coming across ones which I didn't spot first time round. Here's a couple more, but this is the end of them...I promise!

Fabulous set Pete! I like both compositions and the hover. The dark background works so well.
Below is my attempt to lift the exposure on the bird. Ignore the brighter background.

Cheers Tony. I used a Canon R5, 100-400mm zoom, and i think I was about 8-10m away

Why the swap to the R5 system Pete? What’s you thoughts on it so far?

Mike, I had a series of bird workshops in the pipeline, and wanted to make sure that I had plenty of keepers - my rate has improved dramatically as a result - problem is that even with deleting loads, I still have far more than I need :D! The R5 is more compact and a little lighter than the 5DMKIII, but the autofocus is astounding! With the animal/human eye autofocus and the in-body stabilisation, it is a superb piece of kit. I've also dabbled with video @ 120FPS, which seems excellent..but I have a long way to go before I have it tamed!
Fabulous shot Pete.
Cheers David!

Thanks Pete. How are you coping with those 45mgb files? Did you have to upgrade your computer as well?

Ha! Blocking up the computer big style! I'm learning to use the delete button! I tend to put the files onto an external drive, rather than have them clog up the computer hard drive...
